What's Happening at Victory Christian School?
VCS high school students: if you have received the invitation letter to apply for National Honor Society, please download the following Word document - 2012NHSApplication. Open the document on your computer and type in your information before printing. Please follow all directions provided by Mrs. Mooney.
The senior class is selling carnations for Valentine's Day. If you would like to purchase flowers, please send in an order form (in the school office) and money by Monday, February 6th. There will be red, white and pink carnations available. After orders are received, you will be given a card to fill out so that we can attach a personalized note to your flowers. Each carnation costs $1.00.
The VCS Annual Daffin's Easter Candy Sale will begin on February 10th. Look for the flyer in next week's take-home packet! This is an important fundraiser for our general account funds, so your support is greatly appreciated! Students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive cash and/or jeans pass prizes. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Mody.
Buy 4 Kleenex Facial Tissues (all BTFE participating varieties) or 4 Ziploc Brand Products (all BTFE participating varieties) and Get 15 Bonus Box Tops ($1.50 value to BTFE eligible schools)
We have Homecoming memory books on sale in the school office for $10. Contact the office if you would like to purchase one. You may come to the office if you would like to see one before purchasing. Books are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Earn volunteer hours by laminating items for our teachers at SSST5 (Eastwood Mall). Please contact Mrs. McCullough if you are interested.
Please remember to bring your offering on Tuesdays for Chapel. The money we receive will go to support the Grant family as they work in Guatemala.
Greetings alumni! We at VCS would like to keep up-to-date on all your endeavors and many accomplishments since graduating from Victory Christian School or Corinth Christian Academy. This is the beginning of an outreach effort to many of our alumni and alumnae. If you have previously graduated from either of these schools, would you please email and contact Mrs. McCullough (VCS Principal) or Mrs. Smith (VCS Vice-Principal). We would love to hear from you!!
When you turn any forms or money into the school, please put your child's name and what it is for on each item. This will be of great help to the office, so we know who to give that item to, and also to the person that receives that item, so they know who it is from. Thanks for your understanding. |

2012 VCS Auction The annual VCS Auction will take place on March 30, 2012. Please visit the Auction page to find out all current important information regarding the upcoming auction, including all dates and deadlines, suggestions, and downloadable solicitation and donor forms. Also, there are plenty of opportunities to earn volunteer hours through the auction. You can: solicit local business for donations, check-in bidders and give them a number, work the check-out table, set-up the day before the auction, clean-up after the auction, provide childcare during the auction, wrap classroom baskets, donate items for baskets, collect bid cards as table close, check purchases as buyers leave, post advertisement posters, and record winning bid numbers and amounts. Please let the school office or your child's homeroom teacher know what area you are interested in helping in by Monday, February 13.
